Kindly contact us at aloha@happymomnbaby.com within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return/ exchange the item. We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email and the return items must reach us within 14 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email.

The following conditions apply:-

1. Exchanges for an alternate color or size are gladly provided (customer must bear both ways of the shipping charges).
      

2. Product must be in Complete/Original Packing/ New condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and must include original hang tags. Items returned Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for refund.
      

3. Product must be returned to us before we can send exchange merchandise within 14 days from date of the Product Return Confirmation Email.
      

4. Return of goods is at customers own expense, risk of loss and damage. Hence, please wrap package accordingly and use registered and insured mail when returning the goods. 
      

5. Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
       

6. Delivery cost incurred for returning/ exchanging the items will be borned by the customer.
      

7. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a Product Return Confirmation Email.
      

8. For exchange items of lower value, the surplus amount will be credited into customers' accounts with www.happymomnbaby.com in the form of cash voucher, which can be used by customers for their future purchases with us. For exchange items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
       

9. In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of cash voucher into your account with www.happymomnbaby.com
      

10. Please note that all sales on discounted items, clearance items and discontinued products are final; no exchange or refund is allowed on these items.
